Oxford United have handed three young players their first professional contracts at the Kassam Stadium.
Centre-back Sam Long, who captained the U's youth team last season, left-back David Lynn and winger/striker Callum O'Dowda have all put pen to paper. Long and Lynn have signed one-year deals, with an option for a further year, while O'Dowda has been tied down for two years with a further one-year option. Club chairman and owner Ian Lenagan told the club's official website: "The signing of these three talented young Oxford players shows the commitment of the club to youth development and to giving Oxford-trained players the chance to play in the Football League."
