Juventus have announced the signing of former Napoli midfielder Michele Pazienza.
The 28-year-old was a free agent and has signed a three-year contract with the Serie A giants after passing a medical on Thursday.
Pazienza now hopes to learn from new Juventus boss Antonio Conte and impress Italy manager Cesare Prandelli.
He told
Juventus Channel: "I am happy to have this new challenge. I want to show that I belong at this big club."
As regards trying to force his way into the Italy squad, Pazienza added: "Prandelli has said he will choose who plays based on continuity.
"So my aim is to find a place at Juventus, then I will think about the rest."
