Boulogne took the lead against the run of play when Guillaume Ducatel capitalised on a mistake by Sylvain Armand to drive home from range.
It was left to substitute Peguy Luyindula to turn the game in PSG's favour when he was introduced in the 58th minute.
Clement Chantome levelled matters from his pass just minutes later,
before Luyindula put PSG ahead on 64 minutes when he converted from the penalty spot.
Turkey international Mevlut Erdinc then headed home a third three minutes later and then made it four from another Luyindula pass.
Johann Ramare reduced the arrears with a penalty eight minutes from time, only for Jean-Eudes Maurice to score a fifth for PSG.
